If you need help retrieving your Company ID or User ID, please call 855.343.4070.

Pacific Premier PersonalSM Online

  1. Visit the Forgotten Username page.
  2. Enter your email address and Social Security Number (SSN) or Tax Identification Number (TIN) and click Submit.
  3. Your username will be sent via email.

Online Banking Password Help

Pacific Premier BusinessSM Online

  1. Click the red ONLINE BANKING button above and select Business Online as account type.
  2. Enter Company ID & User ID and click Continue.
  3. On the sign in screen, click on Forgot your Password.
    Note: If your device is not recognized, you will need to confirm your identity with a one-time security code.

  4. Enter and confirm your new password and click Submit.

Pacific Premier PersonalSM Online 

  1. Visit the Reset Your Password page.
  2. Enter your username, Social Security Number (SSN) or Tax Identification Number (TIN), and account number then click Continue.
  3. Enter & confirm your new password, then click Submit.
