NOTICE TO CUSTOMERS REGARDING STATE OF CALIFORNIA REGISTERED WARRANTS

The State of California has begun issuing registered warrants for certain of its debts. Registered warrants are not checks. They are essentially the State's "IOUs" and are not paid by the State until they mature or are called for redemption by the State. At this time, Pacific Premier Bank is not cashing or accepting registered warrants for deposit or collection. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the branch manager at your local branch office.
