DESCRIPTION: Mail thieves targeting Long Beach residents
LONG BEACH, Calif. (KABC) -- The Long Beach Police Department warned residents about a rash of mail thefts that have occurred throughout the city.
Fraud investigators said the thieves stole mail that contained payments earmarked for creditors like mortgage lenders, credit card companies, and retail businesses.
